I seen Pacey once wen i was depressed & while i was telling her my problem, she had no interest & her eyes were flicking madly, . Yeh ive gone back, but i see a much more professional Dr now, Dr J Bahgava . And reception is lovely. ✌🏻

I have been going to KSDM since finding them around one year ago
You are greeted by warm friendly receptionists - then taken through to nursing staff who are incredibly thorough and kind. The adjoining cafe staff are also great for a chat!
I will wait for availability here instead of going elsewhere because I know they have my best interests at heart.
Each doctor and nurse use a holistic approach to healthcare and I am comfortable talking to my GP about all aspects of my health.
Special mention Dr Sanjay and Dr Leo for always going above and beyond when help is needed

Will not being going back.

Dr pacey is very unprofessional.
With out reason she gets the reception to call clients to tell them she doesn't want to see them anymore as patiences and refuses to say why when we have our first new born that she has been seeing. She did it to me 6 months ago and today my partner got that same phone call who just had a newborn
Disgusting behaviour and unprofessional information given to her now past patients.

The world needs more Doctors Like Dr Pacey. So incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and caring. Dr Pacey goes above and beyond to ensure that you feel seen, valued and heard and always focuses on the roots cause of problems / conditions to ensure the best possible outcome.
