  New owners seem to be dragging their feet. Lots of existing products running out and not re-stocked. Keeps asking for customers numbers so he can call them back.
  Called to ask about a product and was placed on hold whilst he was having conversations with other customers. Very bad service and will be looking for other places to purchase organic products.

  The last three times I've been in this shop and asked for products I've previously purchased from here only to be told we don't have that product. It happens but at least provide some other options, show a bit of personal interest, customer service even! Each time I found the staff behind the counter have not been friendly or helpful. Sorry but I will go to Terra Madre from now on. The service is always with a smile there and the staff go out of their way to help even if they don't have the exact product you had in mind but they're knowledgeable enough about their other products to give you a few different options.
