Great place to view how Perth looked year's ago
A great peice of Western Australian history. Worth every cent of the small $7 admission fee. We spent around 2 hours looking at all it has to offer.
Good for small children but not a huge amount of content. Would keep them occupied for an hour or two
Very informative guides with lots for the children to see and do. I've been twice this year with two different year groups and both times its been fantastic and tailored for their age groups and study areas. Love it!
Fun and informative... friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great cheap family fun
Really well set up with authentic artifacts. Great for school visits or general curiosity.

It was listed as a living museum, but it isn't.
Our group (Bluebirds Social Club) visited the Village on 7th June and were met by Fiona who gave us a short talk on the history of the village.
We all had a most enjoyable morning and learnt a lot about the early days of Kalamunda would thoroughly recommend visiting the village to see how our forefathers fared during those rough and tough times.
Special thanks to Fiona for sharing her knowledge and making our visit a very memorable one.
