Had lunch at KCs over the weekend and was disappointed in the wait staff service and attitude. After walking in and asking if it was table service or order at the bar we got a gruff response for table service. The wait staff then disappeared and we ended having to order at the bar anyway. We had to request water and other normal table service inclusions. However, the price was extremely reasonable $10 for steak and chips. Maybe inclusion of sauce would have had it better but a reasonable charge was include for the sauce. Many thanks to the bar man for stepping up and being our waiter in the end!

Medium cooked rib eye cooked to perfection. The best steak I’ve ever had by a long shot. The wife had a rare cooked rib eye and it’s the first time ever she hasn’t complained about being over cooked. Great place!!!

The staff taking orders female sour face , needs to learn customer service.. Didn't smile once or take any interest in serving us.. For front of house of where u order and get drinks she is letting the place down severely. I'm sure someone would love to take her job and appreciate the position. Otherwise good food good atmosphere

RUDE AND USELESS WAITRESS!
After reading the reviews and checking out the menu I thought kcs would be the perfect place for me and my friends. After being greeted by the rude older staff member (Angie I believe we over heard) and seated to a dirty table, after asking 3 times if we could get our tables cleaned over she finely cleared it for us after she rolled she eyes at us. (Not even busy at this time) It's a real shame when a member of the team lets the place down, live music was great, food was even better, but please hire some nicer and more attentive staff!!!response / report this review -

I had a dish called superfood and I got very disappointed today. The portion of the dish was very small and I was very hungry after eating it. I had the same dish 3 days ago and it was tasty and the portion was very good. I complained about it and the waitress Hailey informed that the dish from the other day was made by a different chef and she could not do anything. The worse part was that the waitress was really rude and unprofessional.

Great staff and friendly service. Good atmosphere!Food is awesome. We ordered the fillet, oysters and sausages. Really nice! Will come back again if coming Airlie beach again.

Excellent customer service, special thanks to Darvi. She is very friendly, considerate and helpful for your order. Perfecto for the chef who cooks the Dino Ribs! That was fantastic, nice BBQ sauce and well-done for the ribs! Crispy chips and onion ring too! No doubt, KC's is probably the best restaurant along the Airlie beach main street!

I had a lunch special. Huge load of food for just $15. The wine sauce was delicious and the vegetables awesome baked and cooked.

A very good restaurant and kind staff. They offer cold water and serve the food quickly. Cheap offers at lunchtime.
