  I have been riding one of JRI's Evolution frames for about 4 months and I cannot fault it. It preforms perfectly in the streets as it does in the velodrome. Despite what i continue to throw at this frame it will not fail me. I will take this bike off road and it still will take the lumps and bumps that singletrack offers and I haven't even began to see what this bike will do.
  As for their customer service, it is the best i have come across. whether i struggling to find a specific part they will more than happily help me find it. They have a epic knowledge of fixed gear and single speeds is far beyond mind and they will be more than willing to let me chill in there bike shop for hours on end.
  I have to say that this place has become my second home!!!!!

  A beautiful shop that specializes in amazing Track bikes and also Fixie bikes. The people there are very passionate about customizing the bike to each individual which is much better than buying a stock standard bike.
  
  However my only criticism to the store is that one of the gentlemen I spoke to was fixed on the idea that Fixie/track bikes are the only way to go, and that other types of bikes such as road/triathlon/mountain bikes were not as good, although this does come down to personal opinions I do believe that a bike store should embrace every type of bike out there as each bike serves a different purpose, whether or not they sell it as I believe all bikes are each to there own.
  
  Regardless a great place to get a bike that will stand out above all others on the road!

  The best bike shop in the fixed gear capital of Aus. All other bike shops need to take note of how JRI operate. I will only deal with JRI thanks to their equal passion and service.

  The guys were extremely friendly and able to help with my ride, nice atmosphere, unpretentious like a lot of other bike shops, good stock. Strongly recommend.

  Friendly staff but terrible after sales service.
  Had a warranty issue with my frame which was replaced in a timely manner. So far so good.
  
  However, the new frame and components came in separate pieces even though it was agreed on the bike would be reassembled again.
  
  To make things worse, necessary parts were missing, new parts that didn't fit and even had the potential to damage other components were sold to me. Ended up having to pay for replacing parts and bike assembly.
  
  The owner right out lied about various things and didn't feel the need to respond to the criticisms.
  
  I'll be avoiding Just Ride It in the future and have already taken my business to a more competent and trustworthy shop.

  I was dreading speaking to the guys over the phone to clear up a coupon code issue when buying my bike. I had nothing to fear! They were eager to help and didn't make me feel bad for wanting to keep money in my pocket instead of theirs! The feedback from other customers seems to jibe with mine. Keep up the great work.

  Above and Beyond customer service, Highly recommend these guys to anyone! Sorted out a damaged item due to the shipping company on the spot, next day delivery to Sydney free of charge and won a customer for life in the process. Can't recommend enough. Loving my new T5.

  Nice, casual but professional shop with some wicked bikes straight out of an urban Melbourne daydream. I walked in and within 30 minutes I had a unique, awesome bike that I love. Free lifetime servicing is just the best deal going. Nice one guys!
