I applied for a job before 3 months ago. HR team is not uptodate and i have called them alot of time but there is a person I dont want to mention his name but i know everytime he ignore my call and just hang up and told me someone will call you back today but no one call me this organisation comes in our college for meet and greet and ask everyone for a job. I prepare my documents even gave them good references and i ask that lady i dont know her name but i ask her about the job and she appreciated me that you have all the documents we need, we will call you soon for the interview. I am so sorry for this but please dont waste others time like i waste my day, print my documents made a file and came to your meet and greet but what i get back? Nothing just ignorance. My concern is that if someone is not perfect for the job just let him know but please dont waste anyone’s time not your nor mine.
