I know how hard it is to find the time to take to go to the gym or to stay fit in general, with work commitments, family ect... Id like to take the time and give the chance for anyone that has the time or wants to give fitness a go and enjoy it at the same time. At this point in time i am currently a student at Fit College so that i can provide as much knowledge as possible when training with people you can visit their page on http://www.fitcollege.edu.au, My hobbies are painball and any other outdoor sports ill give it all a try
