  red-haired guy, clearly high (drugs). Be careful who you hire. Last time it was a man(kiwi accent) , same thing and almost crashed outside my house for driving crazy

  Recently hired a jumping castle from jolly jumps.the office was so helpful with matching the perfect castle with our property and the age group.we had the castle for longer which was really great and no extra charge😁 when they dropped it off they secured the castle with rope and pegs which the wife was worried about but know issues there.all the leads were hidden from walkways and had a great day.thanks jolly jumps.love your work👍

  Jolly jumps came the rescue!!! After a last minute hiccup we called Julie and she saved the day!
  She got us an awesome Jurassic 5 in 1 in under 2 hrs. We had one very very happy birthday boy when they got here.
  Thank you again Jolly Jumps. We had a fantastic day with the Jurassic combo!!

  I booked a castle for my daughters 6th birthday party on Friday night and took a screenshot of my order number for future reference if needed. I didn't receive any confirmation email etc so I called them the following TUESDAY (5 days later) to confirm the booking only to be told it had been cancelled due to them not having a delivery driver in my area (Redcliffe) for that day. I had selected my area and party date when making the booking so this was quite a shock. I also supplied my credit card details etc so I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and scrambled to book a castle with another company as we had already told people we would have one. I was told by Jolly Jumps that I could select another day if I still wanted the castle but that obviously wasn't going to work! I'm glad I called as I would've been absolutely furious if I had just waited until the day only to see my daughter disappointed and embarrassed in front of her friends because it didn't turn up.
  It really is a loss for Jolly Jumps as their castle would've been displayed in the front yard of my house across from my daughters school and there will be at least 25 children there on the day. Word of mouth counts when it's in the right circles!
