Frank offered incredible customer service, was at my place within half an hour and replaced my tyre for an absolute steal of a price. Would 100% recommend. Thanks for your help, Frank.

James Pierre come to my house to change the spare tyre for me, but this guy doesnt know how to get the spare tyre out of the Van, then he bump the tyre take me 120$, just bump the tyre. When we spoke on the phone he said yes he will swap the spare tyre for me, after that he couldnt do it,then he tell me to get the special tool from the Van, when i go to other workshop they just undo 2 normal nuts then the spare tyre drop down, seem easy, first time to use the service and last forever! Best customer service and top quality price! I had Joe come down and replace all four tyres and he did an amazing job! Highly recommend these guys! 🙌🏻

I spoke to pierce from Jim's in brisbane and he come out to tend to a flat I got during peak hour and he was so quick getting there for that time and was so polite and helpful. Picked up on the previous guy didn't weight my wheel right so he did it at no extra cost. Best people iv dealt with ever. Will always be using these guys from here on out.
