JK Fit is an amazing place to work out. I feel energised after every class. Each session is completely different so i never get bored and everyone is super friendly. The trainers are hilarious and dont take themselves too seriously. It is definitely worth checking this place out.
Walking into a gym for the first time, isn’t straight forward or easy for most. It’s possible that the build up in regards to deciding to start exercising have been huge for u. Common sense tells us that if a change needs to occur it can only occur when we make that change or make it happen.
Motivation has to start somewhere, and is the most important step to take when deciding to join a gym.
There r so many considerations. This in turn can feel very daunting, and deterring if u r feeling at all hesitant.
First impressions in my mind, r extremely relevant. When u first step inside a gym, it is pretty easy to detect an atmosphere that not only feels inviting, but also has a huge impact on your emotions. It can b quite normal to feel a little nervous and apprehensive. This is why it is so very important that u r made to feel welcomed, along with a sense of importance.
A “Personal Trainer” must have your best interest at heart. The right person will have unique qualities that stand out in a very caring way. They will talk to u with keen interest, finding out exactly what your goals r, and exactly what u r hoping to achieve working through each and every goal u have set for yourself.
I can honestly say through my experiences with JK FIT STUDIO, I know every aspect of a clients health, safety and fitness goals r very much catered for. The title “Personal Trainer” means exactly that. Each client is catered for personally. Jess is the owner of JK FIT Studio. Jess along with her staff r all excellent. She takes pride in professionalism and the reputation of her business.
What I luv about Jess, is her unique sense of humour. She is so bright and bubbly that u can feel it as soon as u walk in. It’s very addictive because everybody enjoys her classes, and has a lot of fun. On a more serious side, Jess can have a one one one discussion with u, and has an amazing understanding of exactly how u r feeling, emotionally, mentally and physically. I have proven for myself that exercise is the essence to my mental health. It’s been scientifically proven also to b true, and JK FIT Studio is well aware of the importance and impact it’s gym has on such clients suffering from ailments such as depression and anxiety.
From experience, I know a trainer must also hold an understanding of various ailment that a client might b enduring. Whether it might b a history of, for example heart disease, diabetes or arthritis, only to name only a few. A good trainee must b able to adjust a program suitable for such clients automatically. Needing to feel confident knowing not only is your fitness catered for but also is your health and well being. Prevention of injury is huge on Jess’s priority list when it comes to technique. She is pedantic about this subject and demonstrates that as a good example to her clients.
Wholeheartedly and with my sincere honesty I am confident saying that JK FIT Studio will fulfil all your expectations of how a gym should b. With highly qualified staff and experience being taken seriously, I’m confident in promoting Jess’s gym to any person needing to improve on all aspect of their well being.
Lastly I would very much like to thank Jess for all she does in providing her absolute best for her clients and her staff. She does nothing but put her whole heart into her business, catering to each and every individuals needs. This, in my mind is what creates a successful gym that everybody is happy to b part of.

I’ve got a few limitations, that make it difficult to complete some of the exercises, Jess takes the time to change up activities and personalise for me. Finding JK Fit and Jess has been the best thing for me, I’m healthier than I have been and thanks to Jess and her amazing business.
Joining jk fit was the best thing I ever did. The difference with Jess is she actually cares about your results and holding you accountable. She goes above and beyond . Her fitness knowledge really shows in her classes with so much variety in every class
