Love Jean Pierre Sancho in Mandurah we have breakfast there every weekend service is great and food is fantastic one of my favourite places to come relax next to the estuary even see dolphins

Went down for breakfast. Simple menu done witb thought and quality. Good service. Great coffee. Delicious bread.
Excellent view of the new bridge. We saw baby black swans cruising past us whilst enjoying our breakfast

Message got deleted so I am resubmitting !!!!!! Never have I been treated so badly !!! The staff there are awful! The Manager was horrible to me as a customer And treat you like your nothing!!! Badly priced and you have to wait for your food for a up to 35 minutes! Staff are very abusive too! I recommend never to go to this restaurant ever!!!

I took my Dad there for a Fathers Day breakfast. Nice brekky menu, lovely service, cosy relaxed restaurant and gorgeous view. Brekky was yum and reasonably priced. I noticed dogs were allowed on the deck and I could see it was kid friendly too - I just wish the weather was nicer but I'll go back for sure.

Great service to match to food and coffee. This venue used to be Duck Duck Moose, a high end eatery of some fame. It is now one of the Jean Pierre Sanchos that dot WA from Joondalup, the CBD, and apparently, Mandurah.
I love coffee and my favourite way to drink this is a long machiatto, half topped. This gives me a chance to taste the coffee without the flavour being overwhelmed by hot milk. JPS Mandurah serves the double shot in a glass and the hot milk in a separately container. You add as much or as little milk as you like. I have had JPS coffee at all the outlets I can find and it has been consistently good. The one served here was no exception.
We also had two bacon and egg on brioche to share among the four of us. Extra plates and cutlery were provided without asking. And they were delicious.
Prices were standard for this type of establishment and represents good value for money.

Super friendly staff, great atmosphere and location. Enjoyed an amazing ham & cheese croissant and flat white for lunch. Will be back for sure .
