  My piano was moved with extreme care and attention. Jim and his family were very friendly and nice to deal with. They also removed all packing materials and rubbish and left the room ready to use. In addition, they assisted me with placement and answered any general questions I had.
  
  I would absolutely highly recommend these folks to anyone moving a piano after this experience. Thanks guys and keep up the great work! :)

  JM and sons piano movers is amazing. It was a tough job as it needs to go up a flight of steps but they managed to do it. We ave contacted other piano movers and they rejected the job because of its complexity but JM and sons did it. Awesome job guys

  A note of thanks to Jim and his crew who recently moved two pianos for my mother and I. We were so delighted with the level of customer service from this family company, from the prompt and courteous replies to all correspondence to the meticulous care taken in transporting our sentimental pianos.   I only needed a piano moved from upstairs to downstairs I and was quite concerned. The communication over the phone was precise with asking number of steps and requesting a couple of photos. The move went extremely well. It was literally a 'fine tuned' move down the stairs and i needn't have worried. You could see that they had done this many a time before and they were very careful. As a bonus they even fixed some keys which didn't produce any sound prior to the move. Yes, I would recommend JM Removals as a reliable family business.
