I was told my ipad would take one week to get charging problem fixed and it took closer to three weeks and it still wasn't charging properly when I got it back.
Best to go elsewhere with I pads anyway.response / report this review -

Friendly, knowledgable staff who patiently fixed my iPhone which had been badly repaired and damaged elsewhere. They saved me the cost of buying a new phone! They also went above and beyond to get an old Mac up to spec again. Definitely recommend the ITShop.

Really nice guys. Problem ended up coming back after taking it home so I bought it back in and was fixed completely for no extra cost

My computer was dead and these guys brought it back to life, working even better than before. Great service wlth a smile, which is hard to find nowadays. I know where I'll be buying my next computer from!
