I have never been so disgusted in a restaurant! We went sat down and as the waitress came over and we went to say hi she turned around and said I wasn’t coming over to you turned around and left. We then ordered chilli muscles with not a pinch of chilli it tasted like tomato sauce from a can disgusting! When we went up to let the staff know she said well what exactly are you wanting me to do about it. I said they had terrible service the waitress said why thankyou very much. I told the chef and he proceeded to put so much chilli powder in the new sauce that only a teaspoon set my mouth alight so much I could no longer taste! We were ignored and had to ask for an apology. We had to get the manager involved due to the more than average service. In fact I think my 3 year old niece had better manners in her pinky finger! Do not go here!!

Rooms are big and spacious. Good amenities and close to the airport. That's about it. Bad design of the building where guest rooms are. Looks like a cheap place from outside. Service was terrible. Barely 6 rooms occupied out of 100 still no one bothered to service our room despite the sign we put up for I e full day. It took one hour to get a bottle of water. Very mediocre in room dining menu. Reception for check In and check out was quite indifferent. Won't recommend at all especially if u r traveling with kids.

Went for A high tea for lunch, the service was average asked for water took ages also had to ask for a cup of tea for the family.
Food and place was clean and nice.
Service can have a bit of a shine though.
The bloke really didn't feel interested in serving or wanting to be at work.

not a 4 star hotel at all. beds were large and comfy though. decor was a little over the top and 'blingy', god knows who thought highly reflective fake marble surfaces and lots of led lighting was a good idea. service was a bit poor in the restaurant, but this hotel was free due to my flight cancelled. i wouldnt choose to stay here. gym was poor and the pool water a bit dirty. overall , they could do a lot better.
