These sharks ripped me off when I bought my car. The warranty didn't cover anything!
The WORST warranty company to ever deal with. The ladies at the call center are rude old hags who need to wake up to themselves, pull that huge stick out of their asses and learn what customer service is. They are rude, obnoxious, condescending and just useless. I feel as if i would've gotten better help speaking to a monkey at an overseas call center, that's how useless they are. THEN when the work finally gets approved (3 weeks and 22 [YES 22] phone calls later) they tell my mechanic he will see the money in "oh maybe 38-48 days" they pride themselves in apparently being "one of Australia's longest established and most trusted dedicated warranty companies" please. What a load of garbage. The Nazis had more integrity than this bunch of hacks.
