Nice venue, wedding reception food was good but breakfast next morning was awful! Scrambled eggs that tasted like milk, bacon that was more like ham and filter coffee that based on previous nights experience I steered away from while a fully functioning coffee machine lay idle.

We went on a Sunday for lunch and despite it being quite full, the service was first rate. The food, wine and views over the garden a delight. Cannot speak more highly of experience here. THANKS!

Katie and the Immerse Team!
How can we say thank you enough for making our day everything we hoped and dreamed! From the moment we met with Katie, you just made everything so easy and fun (as we all know wedding planning can sometimes be stressful, you defiantly made it so simple).
From your dedication to helping us get the most perfect Autumn weekend we could have imagine, to the planning along the way, to the exceptional food, incredible wines and the best dance floor we've ever seen at a wedding venue, we couldn't have asked for more! Gosh and did I mention the Chapel 💕 People thought May was a crazy time to get married but with the autumn leaves and the most spectacular indoor chapel, it was beyond our wildest dreams!!
The one thing I read on previous reviews that made me hesitant was that there is a "team" of wedding planners, not just a single person such as in some places do NOT let this worry you, the team are all over it, fantastically professional and everything we communicated, happened!
We simply cannot thank you and the team enough! Immerse will always be our special place from now on and when we are back in Oz after our UK stint, we look forward to many an anniversary celebration back there!

To Katie & the team at Immerse.
On behalf of Paul & myself we would just like to say a huge thank you for making our wedding day absolutely perfect. From day one when we first came to Immerse we felt so welcoming and with it only being the second venue we looked at we knew straight away this is where we wanted to get married. As we decided to get married within 4months of booking with you - You all made it feel so easy with helping us every step of the way. There truly isn't one thing we would change about our day and I believe it's because of you all and the help we had along the way.
Getting ready in the bridal suite and Paul over in the lake house was honestly so amazing the service we had throughout the whole day was just perfect! You made sure we were okay and made my nerves especially at ease.
Every single guest had the time of their lives and really spoke highly of the delicious foods & drinks you served out throughout the day & night - Especially those hot jam donuts one person said he had 10 haha.
A special mention to Katie. Thank you. Thank you for making my wedding planning so easy! Every question or problem I had you replied back straight away and had a solution for everything. You are so kind and really are the best in the business! I honestly can't talk any highly of you.
Again thank you for everything & we will come back for a delicious lunch soon

We got married in December 2016 at Immerse, and I couldn't be more appreciate of Katie, Alyce and the Immerse Team's effort in making our day exactly the way we wanted it! In the month's leading up to the day, there were many long emails of questions going back and forth from me, and the girls were always only too happy to help and responded in a timely manner. Nothing ever felt bothersome, and I can't tell you how much at ease that made me feel. Dealing with Immerse was one of the easiest things about the whole wedding process!! Of course, the Wedding Day itself ran smoothly without a hitch, the grounds are so photogenic and beautiful, and the food is something my guests still talk about today! Even after the wedding was all done and dusted, the girls still went above and beyond to get some items back to us that we left behind. Couldn't be more happier with the team at Immerse, and we look forward to coming back and celebrating many wedding anniversaries with you guys!

We had an amazing experience getting married at Immerse. The chapel with winery views is breathtaking, and the gardens are lovely. People are still raving about the food! Extra thanks to Jo, who was easy to reach and helpful whenever I had a question during the planning process, and the staff for helping the day run so smoothly. It's lovely to be able to pop by for a loaf of delicious bread or meal so we can reminisce. Thank you for helping make our day so special - Emma and Morgan
