Absolute pleasure I am a female driver with no clue about cars I'm also a new driver and was fearful of being exploted because of that. Brad took the liberty of downloading a diagram to explain the problem a quote was prepared and a solution was planed i could not be any happier with the service I will be recommending him to my friends and family a very happy and now life long customer thanks again Brad
