Il Forno is an authentic Woodfire pizzeria trattoria situated in the suburbs of Bonnet Bay. We aim to deliver our authentic woodfire product, to the people of the Sutherland Shire. Head Chef & owner Mende aka "Tony" has over 35 years experience as a Chef. He has worked in many countries around the world, learning his craft in Rome, and continuing to perfect it in various other countries. At Il Forno Mende offers you a unique tasting experience, in a rustic style just like you would have in the provinces of Italy, where you will enjoy all he has to offer.
