I had a session with Paulina, and it was so profound! She allowed me to tap into really deeply stored emotions and release those, and felt the shift after the session. I felt so safe, and she really knows her stuff and how to navigate even very intelligent subconscious minds like mine. Highly recommend!

I had a beautiful hypnotherapy session with Paulina. I had never experience hypnotherapy before, Paulina made me feel safe, understood, and cared for during the session. She managed to help me connect with past experiences and let go of them. I was amazed by the whole process, how it went quick and how comfortable I felt with her. I would definitely recommend her sessions if there is anything people need to work on!

Paulina creates a very safe and welcoming environment during her appointments, she has a beautiful softness to her that makes you feel instantly comfortable. I was a little nervous before attending my appointment, not really knowing what to expect but everything was explained to me and I was made to feel completely at ease. I went to see Paulina after a significant loss and the session was hugely beneficial to me. The follow up material I received after my appointment has been a great addition, one I didn't expect either, in continuing to work on the things we addressed in the session. I highly recommend Paulina and her work at Hypnotherapist Noosa.

What a stunning experience with Paulina! 💖 I felt very comfortable from the very start! She’s so calm and explains everything very clearly! I felt very safe and after the session I felt lighter, empowered and ready to take on the world! I loved the audio I received after and listened to it this morning to set me up for my day ahead! Paulina has an incredible approach & skill. She is a truly grounded & compassionate person with the professional skills that are absolutely paramount in an environment where trust & connection is critical. I can thoroughly recommend this experience. And it is not a walk-in walk out service, but a caring continuum, so you leave with tools & a good degree of self-awareness. 5 stars Paulina! X
