I like feeling like we got what we paid for. Info on website was an accurate reflection of facilities. Our queen room had a balcony with a view. Room & bathroom was neat & clean. Good tv. Comfortable bed. Good linen. Friendly & helpful check-in staff. Would recommend to friends. Wish we could stay a 2nd night. Great location.

We booked in for three nights, what a waste of money! The bathroom soap dispenser was filthy, had to wait for hot water in the shower, to get hot, and when it did, it was hard to regulate, cold to hot. The floor in the shower was slippery, soap suds came up through the outlet. The coffee cup that was supplied, had a chip on the rim, a bit dangerous
The mattress was lumpy, leaving myself and my husband with aching backs! We paid extra for a room with a view and balcony, the only view that we received was the public toilets and trees!
While there, there was maintenance in the next room, radio blaring, no considering the guests, they were so noisy, (us in particular), no heads-up when we booked in!
The garbage bin was filthy, when you took the plastic bag out, it was all black
We put a do not disturb sign on our door until 10am, we left the room at 11am, no cleaners came in to tidy the room. On Wednesday, I had to reuse the towels from Tuesday. On Wednesday the cleaners came in, they never even changed the linen, even though the linen was dirty. My husband was informed in that the change the linen every fourth day!!! What a Joke!!!
When we advised the staff of our complaints, they got defensive! Wow! No apologies, no nothing! Not very good customer service!
We could not handle staying there for another night, that we had paid for! As for their Foxtel, what a joke, maybe three channels if that
Last but not least, the size of the bed was incorrect, such a sham this place is!
We will never go there again, it would be more comfortable sleeping in our car!
We do expect money refunded in our account, for all reasons mentioned above!
We will never stay there again, and would not recommend anyone to stay there!
