Service is quick, chips are freshly cooked. Drive-thru is slow, do dining in is recommended.

The burgers are hardly ever fresh. Most of the time I get them they look like they were over heated in the microwave (bottom bun and patties) which makes them soggy and not very nice 😝

Went in at 9:45 when there was no one there, was given worlds most saltiest chips. I went back and rude Kaitlin served me and gave me fresh chips..guess what more saltier then before. ..there were more negative but lets leave it here. I will go hungry for a week but I will never go back to this queanbeyan h jacks

A decent area to sit down in, service is acceptable, same with food.

Dont mind the stuff every now and again. But based on other locations there burgers were soggy and the rings were also soggy and tasted like cardboard
