Great service older but spacious rooms, meals are good and the staff made the effort to my steak exactly to my request.

Returned after a number of years. Reasonable revamp makes it a little more modern; however, the bathroom of my 1st floor room was exempt from such renovation. Dated, the shower over bathtub lacked pressure and temperature consistency. That aside, check in and check out were a breeze. The receptionist was polite and attentive. Now, I believe the price point needs to be reviewed. For a mid-week economy room, I thought the 140 odd dollars spent was rather steep.

The staff are great and the restaurant has really good food. Love the indoor Atrium and pool. Pity we forgot our bathers. Room service is great.

Rooms are clean, but dated. Car park is too small, even when the hotel is nowhere near capacity. Service/staff were excellent. Food was good.

Good rooms, spacious, clean and well equipped. Negative unable to adjust room temperature to warm can only cool. Restaurant meals very good but both bar and restaurant close early 8 and 9pm. Free non-secure onsite parking.

Great place to stay! Rooms are neat and tidy with great views from balcony. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful . Only thing I could suggest would be a microwave in rooms, especially when staying with children. All in all a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend them.

Great hotel for kids. The indoor pool is wonderful, the cold and hot buffet breakfasts are a real hit and very convenient. The family suites are very roomy and the staff are polite and accommodating. There is also a pool table which is great fun. The hotel is within walking distance of nearly everything you could need - parks, beach, a huge variety of restaurants, shops and the movies. A couple of drawbacks though, it could do with some modernisation and a spruce up; the windows are dirty and there is a lot of dust and peeling paint in the atrium. This is our second visit and the beds this time are quite uncomfortable (but they weren't last time, so I guess it depends on what room you stay in).

The kitchen needed a few more things like breakfast bowls and also enough crockery/cutlery and chairs for 3 people in a room that sleeps 3. Parking isn't secure. Staff were very friendly though, welcoming and accommodating. Guests are asked to only smoke on balconies, I think it should be completely banned as we kept finding cigarette butts on our balcony that were still burning! We had towels out there so it was a fire hazard.
