  Having recently had my first car service
  done by Horsham Toyota, I was very impressed with the overall experience.
  I have now just booked my next major car service over the phone & in dealing with the service dept on both occasions, I have spoken to a very helpful & obliging man by the name of 'Brad', who certainly has been a pleasure to deal with & speak to.
  I have also found front counter staff very helpful and obliging in customer service.
  This isn't my closest Toyota dealership, but I am willing to travel abit further for decent genuine priced service. (being ripped off because I'm a female is my MAJOR pet hate ! 😡)
  Well done to everyone concerned on making your customers feel genuinely welcome & respected. 🏆🥇👏🏻

  I would like to thank Graham and the team of mechanics at Horsham Toyota for their great efforts to help us. We were on a short time frame to get to Melbourne for the Tassie Ferry when our land cruiser developed engine problems , he managed to fit the car in late one afternoon and had it fixed and ready , the next morning to pick up our caravan , to continue our trip. He couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant and we managed to make our Ferry trip.
