There's not much point visiting this place unless you particularly want to visit one of the stores. They also have stores advertised on their billboards that are not actually open yet or even nearly ready to open, given that fitting out had not even begun.

It is well maintained and kept clean. But not very busy or well known. Seems to be still in establishing phase. Have public toilets and some play equipment for kids.
