The surport for hikvision was very good.
took a little bit of time to talk to someone on phone.
But once the guy was on phone was very helpfully sorting out system.

I've been ringing hikvision for tech support. Finally i found a competent technician helping me going trough issues on connecting their product. Thanks Danny
