I had the most wonderful experience at highgate health today whilst I had an infusion. It was a beautiful and calm clinic and I felt so comfortable. The staff are very helpful and informative and the snacks are great too 😊

I visited the clinic today and I am absolutely amazed with the service. They made my day by being so caring towards me. I got a bit dizzy and started breathing heavily when the infusion started and they immediately calmed me down, settled me back and I was fine in few mins as it was just anxiety. they even sat next to me the whole time after that to make me feel supported and keep me distracted. I had such a lovely time there. They are wonderful and I absolutely recommend!!

My son needed an Iron Infusion and it was a smooth painless process from the blood test right through to the infusion itself. Belinda and her team took care of everything in a professional friendly manner that took any apprehension out of the process. Recommend Highgate to anyone with these needs!

Thank you to the lovely ladies for making me comfortable and welcome. I was greeted with a smile , I was told the medical information I needed which really put me at ease I must admit.! I had a blanket and a foot stool and they even made me a coffee , which was so lovely! Thank you for being so professional and caring ladies.!
