I was fortunate enough to be included in Carolyn's coaching program. The intensive workshop as well as 1:1 coaching sessions challenged my way of thinking and approach to leadership. Seeing for myself the changes in me is a testament to the effectiveness of the program. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Hewsons Executive Coaching for anyone in leadership or looking to get into leadership.

I was skeptical at first, but to my own surprise, I found the course with Joe Watkins to be of great benefit to me, not only in my professional life, but in my personal life as well. The growth I have achieved in leadership and self-reflection, has been fantastic, not only for my own professional development, but also of benefit to my clients who I work with on a daily basis.

Another aspect of the sessions with Joe, is that I now also have a much better understanding of how to provide effective leadership to my team, to enable them to grow and become better engineers and leaders themselves.

I have worked with Richard twice for executive coaching engagements, and both were tremendously positive development experiences.

Hewsons has a great framework for development, challenging and practical at the same time. They continue to evolve the framework over time, improving coaching outcomes further.
