  Bunch of stuck up managers who don't care that their staff overwork and they make staff work double shifts if the next staff on call in sick which results in many staff being overly stressed and over worked and very tired. Huge turn over of staff in last twelve months. That's reflects how bad the facility is. 90% of the staff are new and undertrained. That's why they don't know much. This facility refuse to hire agency workers, which results in nursing staff becoming overly stressed and working in two sections instead of their own which leads to increased pressure which results in increased dangerous drug errors and neglect of care and attention towards the residents and the residents don't get the care they deserve. They also don't appreciate the efforts their staff do. Very selfish managers. This facility improve unless new managers get hired.
