We have been using Here Property for a number of years now. We have had some teething issues but over the last few years we have been super impressed with their service. What I like the most is the following up by email and call. They keep things open until you advise them otherwise. They have processes in place, but if it doesn't work for you they adapt them. We highly recommend them.
They give back to their customers and look at ways to improve their service.

We have been renting a property through HERE for the past 1 year and we truely say that they are extremely professional, efficient and easy to deal with. We have never dealt with an agency this professional. As a tenant it is so nice to be looked after and made to feel valued. Rent inspections are always on time, you never have to follow anything up. I’m renting a house through Here Property & also renting out my own property through them. All the staff I have dealt with have been absolutely fantastic! They are so friendly, so helpful & very professional. They are extremely knowledgeable in what they do & explain all I need to know in great detail. Nothing is ever too much for them. We have been renting a property through HERE For the past 4 years. In this time they have been extremely professional, efficient and easy to deal with. Maintenance requests are dealt with immediately. Our property manager is Rosie and she is so kind and caring, super efficient and easy to deal with. We had to postpone a scheduled inspection due to my daughter getting Covid and she was so understanding even tho it was the day before. When we have a rental property we would absolutely only use HERE!.

We rented a townhouse through Here Property for just over 2 years and have nothing but positive things to say. Here were always kind, courteous and professional in the way they dealt with us and always made us a feel welcome. We were always treated fairly with the best interests of the landlord and tenants always considered.

Here Property has done a wonderful job from start to finish in renting our my little villa in Dianella. Kim & Fiona were very professional and always in communication with me as to what was happening and they made it stress free for me. I had the place rented out pretty much after a week from the 1st open inspection. They really listen and understand my needs. They are so much better than my old Real Estate Agent. Living interstate we required a property manager who could take a more active role in managing our property. Particularly given it was a newly built house that we knew we would live in one day. When our circumstances changed and we relocated back to Perth, HERE were excellent in assisting us transition back into our property. They followed up and re-arranged different matters in a smooth and timely fashion.
