Residents at Harwin Retirement Village can choose to live in a well-presented one or two bedroom independent living unit or in one of the homey supported living apartments housed within the community centre. Supported living residents have their meals, laundry and apartment cleaning looked after and can receive extra assistance with showering, dressing and taking medication. Residents also have access to 24-hour on-site staff for peace of mind.
All residents have access to the village’s communal facilities including a private bus, tranquil courtyards and a community centre comprising a library, indoor bowls area, lounge and dining room. Many residents also enjoy taking part in a busy schedule of activities and outings throughout the local area.
Located just 18km north of the Adelaide CBD, the village is close to amenities including major shopping centres, the Lyell McEwin Hospital and a range of shops and cafés. A bus stop at the village entrance also allows residents to access the local area with ease.
