  I purchased my first property with Jim Kapotis from Harcourts Rata & co Thomastown and it was fantastic to deal with him.
  I had been looking for a good property for more than a year and naturally it was getting frustrating at times. However Jim was always available for any help and much needed guidance. His knowledge of market and professionalism coupled with hard work is phenomenal. Going beyond his normal duties to help buyers/sellers, shows his passion and personal touch towards his business. More importantly, I could build a level of trust with Jim which made my decision making far easier in Melbourne's crazy real estate market.

  The people here at harcourts are so welcoming and humble, but a huge thank you to Jesse Delia for helping me look for a property that I can now call home.   After careful consideration I chose Harcourts to sell my 2 bedroom unit in Heidelberg Heights. At first I thought it might be best to stick with a local agent but I had heard good things about the success of the Thomastown branch, and knew that they had sold in other areas of Melbourne.
  The professionalism and honesty I felt from the moment I met agent Tony Lombardi and Alex Doucas gave me the confidence to proceed, and the whole process was taken care of from start to end.
  I was phoned each week to remind me of up-coming inspections, I was given thorough feedback after each inspection, good or bad, professional photos taken and an excellent advertising spread across digital and paper. I was also well informed about our potential to sell at auction.
  And sell they did! for a record price as well.
  My wife and I are so thrilled with the result and we recommend Tony, Alex and the entire Harcourts Thomastown team to all potential sellers.

  Jim Kapotis and Dicky Kwok took care of my Mrs and I during our Melbourne inspection. They were the most professional of the real estate agents that we spoke to on that rainy day.   I have had a very good experience dealing with Harcourts. We bought a house through them and they looked after it from start to finish without any hassles. The staff is very helpful and professional in particular Katie who was honest and personally guided me throughout the process. I will surely be using them again for my next property as the staff seems to have a great understanding of the area. Job well done.
