Enjoyed a wonderful half day snorkel at Chalky's beach and visit to Whitehaven with 3 young children. Very capable crew made it a great experience for everyone.

Absolutely horrendous, dangerous and irresponsible!! 4m waves, not wearing life jackets, not even the kids! Should have got a refund as we couldn't see anything due to bad weather. $165 down the drain!!!

My family traveled from Canada to see Whitehaven beach and our half day trip got cancelled 1 hour prior only from the departure time. We were left not seeing Whitehaven beach because all the other boats had left already for that half day. It destroyed our holiday.

For the future a warning of at least 2 hour would be great.

Was very dissapointed with the professionalism of this company. We booked a half day to Whitehaven beach and the snorkle. We did this on the wednesday and booked in for a friday all confirmed check weather etc. We made sure to book in the morning half of the day as we have two young ones 3 and 5 and the afternoon would be pretty hot.

We received a call thursday morning to ask if we were coming on the boat that morning. I told them no we booked in for friday morning and they say thats fine no problem must have been mistake. We then receive a call 5 minutes later saying oh sorry friday morning is now booked out we can only fit you in on friday afternoon. We reluctantly agree on this as we had no choice as we fly out saturday morning.

So we head on down at 1pm on the friday and when we arrive they say we cant go to whitehavn weather is too bad. Now considering we booked a tour to whitehaven and to arrive and be told oh sorry we will take you so some non famous beach instead no discounts though. We opted for refund instead which they did no questions asked.

However if they knew the weather was bad why did they not call us instead of letting us drag ourselves down there to be told bad news. Had they taken the opportumity to call us say around 12 pm we could have booked another cruise through another company that did go to whitehaven at 1pm as it is a larger boat. I understand weather etc is all bad luck and safety is of upmost importance and i appreciate this. What i didnt appreciate was we didnt get to see whitehaven beach on our holiday due to poor communication skills.

So i recommend when booking through these guys triple check they have booked right time and date you have requested also call them an hour before your booking to ensure you will get what you paid for on the day. As if they cant go due to bad weather you can organise alternatives on the day and not have too miss out like we did.

Awesome. Have been parasailing & tubing with these guys. They also do a day trip to Whitehaven which includes a few quick snorkels and lunch. Will not disappoint. Have to get in with good weather though.

We took their Reef Ryder day tour to Hill Inlet, Whitehaven Beach and snorkeling off Hazelwood Island.

This is not for the faint hearted. Traveling out on the speedboat around Whitsunday Island in the morning was rough, even though it was described as being relatively calm (15 knots, 1m swell, they will go out in much bigger swells). However, once around the back and on return the sea was calmer.

The incredible scenery made up for the ride though. Hill Inlet and Whitehaven Beach deserve their fame, although expect crowds. The tour also took in two snorkeling stops over coral reefs and a final, quiet beach stop on Hazelwood Island.

Lunch, water and snacks provided, crew friendly. Cheaper option than others on the Marina and doesn't appear to get booked up as far in advance. If you can handle the ups and downs of the journey out, well worth it.
