Very poor information. The lady in the center refused to answer our question and treated us unfriendly. The only information we got from her was that we should not camp wild, since we will be caught. However we never planned on doing that! After having a rest, we convinced ourself to go back, since we wanted to have a map with recommended walking tours. The advice we got from her this time: You should figure out where to stay first! We were wondering if it was because we were foreigners, since she acted like not to understand us! Very dissapointing!

Prefect for families. We loved it there. I wished there was wifi at the accommodation though. Also the fire meant to be on every night, we were really looking forward to it however we didn't get it :(

Really modern place! Super helpful for the local region and further out places. We were very lucky to be helped by a woman who really knew her stuff and gave us a whole day of interesting adventures to do. And we did them! Loved them all! Thanks so much!

Along the main road can't miss this building,it modern architectural design and surrounding stands out. The centre has a very welcoming concept and staffs are most willing to hear and help you with patience. Always felt confident after some tips and advices from staffs on how to plan and navigate the park.

The guy inside is not helpful at all. He has been choosing people to give information. He asked me to pay $3.5 for the map while he obviously got some free maps to give people for free. I don't mind paying $3.5 but just not to choose who you will give for free. I felt sorry for him to piss people off this way. Shame on him.

This spacious centre supplies the visitor with abundant options for exploring the various trails within Halls Gap and the Grampians National Park. It also has resources for those wishing to visit other areas throughout Victoria. Plenty of parking is available outside. I would recommend using the clean public toilet nearby here before heading into the park!
