Walked in as I was passing by as I just wanted to at least speak to a receptionist. I had never visited an accountant before so I just wanted to ask what to expect as I'm a very anxious person.

A lady who I assumed was the receptionist? Very slowly took a few steps towards me and just mouthed something, didn't say hello how can I help you etc. I said I required assistance and just wanted to ask a couple of questions, she sat me down and and mumbled a few questions to me. Got up and asked someone else, and then came back and mumbled my answer.

It was very very strange. She was in casual clothing and I got the impression she was someone's wife just helping out. Over all it seemed very unprofessional and absolutely unhelpful.

I guess if you're familiar with accountants go here? But if you've never been to one before then maybe avoid this place.

Arrived with no reception for my appointment on time and then i was promised to be seen after 30 mins from my appointment. Waited another 30 mins and they couldnt care less. I took my business somewhere else. Extremely unprofessional and impolite staff at this branch.

Peter is extremely knowledgeable, diligent and takes the time to try to identify all relevant tax deductions. A great guy who I can always turn to for all my tax related questions as I always know that I am getting the right answer.

Horrendous customer service! I had an 11am appointment for which I arrived at 10:55. When I arrived I was not greeted at reception and I took a seat. Over the course of 25 minutes both tax agents there walked passed me multiple times but neither acknowledged my presence. I found there customer service appalling, so I have taken my business else where.
