  My Son and my wife bought a bat from their store and they sold him a full size bat to 12 yr old kid. When we went to return the bat they wont refund our money and we had to buy the bat very expensive price.

  Great store, quality products and good customer service. Was assisted not long after entering the store. Good experience with employee Beau, seems to have extensive knowledge on products. Very helpful staff.

  Very Poor store, not organised at all and staff did not bother assisting us at all. We were standing in billing counter for 10mins to pay :-(

  Worst Experience. They told the bat comes with 12 month warranty but it cracked in 2-3 weeks just after playing 2 game.
  
  Very disappointed and worst customer service. No ownership or responsibility taken with orders. Called every second day but not one staff member wanted to take ownership. After keeping the bat for more than a month they rejected my claim.
  
  Think before you make a purchase.

  GREAT QUALITY GEAR AT GREAT PRICES. I COULDN'T BE ANY HAPPIER WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED AT THE MELBOURNE STORE AND WILL CONTINUE TO SHOP HERE UNTIL I FINISH MY CAREER.
