We would just like to thank all of the team at Green Design Homes on such a successful and stress free build. We were very happy to get hand over of our house and can’t wait to move in.
A huge thanks to Peter and Tim for all of the hard work in the beginning with getting the design right. We are so happy with our spacious home!
Michael did a great job as supervisor and we are very happy with the end result, which speaks volumes about all of the tradesmen’s quality of work.
Building a home is such a huge undertaking, there were times we felt overwhelmed or had many queries and questions. Gemma, Anna and Georgia were always prompt with their responses or following up on things for us.
Thanks Green Design Homes for a great experience. We will definitely recommend your services.

Peter and staff from Green Design Homes were a pleasure to deal with. They did a fantastic job of our house it was finished on time and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody who is looking to build a new house. This was the first time we ever built a new house and they made everything so easy and hassle free and were very helpful.

One of the most disappointing experiences i have ever had there are many excellent building companies out there Green design Homes is not one of them.
We are looking to build again and will not ever consider using them, our home was completed and we moved in fifteen months ago we are still waiting on rectification work, the site superviser made many promises during construction and assured us that all our concerns were being dealt with. Unfortunately the only action we are left with after all this time is to take the matter to VCAT after obtaining an independent building inspection and report at our cost we still have a huge list of un -actioned items.
If you are considering building with Green Design Homes look elsewhere save yourself the headache.
Unfortunately i can only rate 1 star and not 1/2 or i would

We are currently really enjoying experience of dealing with the Green Design Team.

After building with a large volume builder (Metricon) Kevin, Peter and the team have been nothing short of fantastic to date.

We have no hesitation in recommending them on the basis of what has been done so far. We are currently about to commence the excavation. Green Design has also built for family of ours in Drouin and we can see that the standard of work was excellent. We have been dealing with Kevin who is extremely accommodating and is always at hand for any questions.
