We had a great time with Steve and the bikes. The experience was really enjoyable and Steve was a very good host. He made sure all of us were comfortable and safe througout the session.
Recommended for anyone who wants to have an adventure in the wilderness on a Quad Bike..
And many thanks to Steve again :)

Agree with the bottom statement about the owners behavior and attitude.
Also still waiting for our photos which were taken on our phone by him.
    5 years later (still waiting)

Great experience quad biking and really interesting to know statistics and how it's a huge killer in our farms etc, was just reuined by owners attitude.

I usually don't leave bad reviews, but this was one of the worst and most upsetting experiences I have ever had whilst on holidays! The quad biking itself was fun but all was ruined for me by the owner/instructor Steve's downright nasty attitude.

As a first time quad biker, I felt berated (strong word but warranted) every time I made a mistake. Every time I didn't brake hard enough, one time stopping over the designated stopping line and one time bumping (not smashing) into the person in front of me, and the two times when the bike got stuck in the mud, I felt nothing but intense frustration from him, instead of supportiveness, and was chastised, every time.

Steve's behaviour may have been appropriate for reckless behaviour, but it was completely unwarranted for someone genuinely paying attention and doing every manoeuvre to the best of their ability, and even doing very well during the practices. We were just tourists and first time quad bikers wanting to have a fun time.

All in all, his impatience, abrasiveness and bad-temper completely ruined what would have been a fun experience. Instead, it was one of the worst and frankly most upsetting experiences I have had in recent years. If you are considering joining them, I would recommend either catching him on a good day, or making no mistakes during your session.
