Bought necklace for my wife on the Thursday which was after being gifted needed to be changed. Marriage breakdown on the Saturday and tried to get a refund on the Sunday. Very nice young lady explained stores no refund policy and after leaving my phone number was told store manager would ring the next day. Is Thursday today and I am still waiting
