Comfortable clean rooms at a good rate. Walking distance to local hotels & restaurants.

Perfect little motel. Easy walk to the main strip, good access to the beautiful river, and a great cooked breakfast.

Rooms are nice. Free WiFi. Tv isn't locked down or features disabled. Staff were happy to assist with items for the BBQ area at the back.

Super clean and comfortable... Well appointed rooms and has every amenity available... Hosts Ray and Maureen courteous and friendly.
Centrally located - within walking distance to shopping and Main Street.
Will definitely stay here again.

Close to the main street in Tumut. Very friendly hosts. The rooms were good for the price. Free WiFi! It shouldn't be a big deal but it is when so many places charge for it.
