the staff touched me.
The slides are the best. Staff are lovely, food and coffee was great. Could do with a revamp, though. We left very soon today after a few slides though because, as always, sh%tty parents ruin it by refusing to watch their kids (as they run up slides and cause collisions and structural damage to the nets). If coffee time and letting your kid be feral is important to you, perhaps stay at home and let them go nuts in your own house. Toddlers should not be left unsupervised as you ignore them in the cafe, and despite staff speaking over the speakers TWICE, kids were still unsupervised and running up the slides. Perhaps the centre needs stricter rules in place, I don't know. The current situation is just not working and we won't be going back because of it.
I will not be comong back here. The play ground for toddlers is less then exciting for a active 15 month old, there was nothing to keep my daughter entertaind for more then 10 minutes.
So much gor having saftey gates the latches are on the inside allowing kids to let them selves out, service was weak. Not happy at all.
Very run down needs to be revamped or something.
Great coffee. Great food, good customer service. Best party food by far, cheapest party. Over all good day out.
Not as good as the Playland, Chipmunks, i would know this would be popular if the Chipmunk's place was closed down,
But any way its okay.
Not as good as other franchises delivering play zones for kids but does an OK job. Large area, bouncy castles, zones for parties. Large slide. Gets muggy and hot on summer days.
