I was amazed at the quality of customer service ,Lucas was amazing. I had an issue with my dometic airconditioner in our Van .Expected to be up for $1000 plus.Packed our bags ready to stay at friends place for a couple of days as we live in van full time ,2hrs after drop off Lucas rang for us to get van . Replaced Jensen hatch cover also ----Total $176 . What I really appreciate is the Honesty could have charged me heaps.. Highly Recommend (P.S. dead frog in the Fan)

Brought my Dometic fridge/freezer to them last Thursday on advice of BCF as it was still under warranty. The lady at the counter and a guy were very friendly when I came in and had the Dometic taken out of my car for me and brought inside. We had a friendly chat and than they almost apologeticly said that it was a very busy time because Easter was near. No problem.
Next day I get a message that my fridge/freezer was ready for pickup. talk about service! I was amazed, I picked it up the Monday after and got explained what was fixed (almost everything) and it was placed back in my car.
Very friendly, very good and very fast service and I have a working fridge again (it is my only fridge as I live on a boat).

All staff were friendly and helpful!
I was a a tight timeline to get my 3 way fridge repaired, and Freezetec not only met my needs, they exceeded my expectations !
If you need your aircon, or fridge repaired this is the place

I'd like to thank Brad and has team for doing an amazing job on some bespoke work on my motorhome. Great Job. For Tony and his team, they have always done excellent work on our boat's air-co and refrigeration.
Can't recommend these guys highly enough
