  I have nothing but praise for our sales person Jill Smith. She was pleasant, very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, and which I purchased after a test drive the next day. There was a great introduction to all the features of the car on delivery, with an offer to help if I needed a reminder. I am taking her up on that offer tomorrow. She is a refreshing addition to car sales in general.

  Without a doubt the BEST service I have had from a Dealership.The Salesman's name was Craig he was so Professional and so down to earth genuine it was refreshing. The quality of the cars at Frankston Hyundai were excellent they looked like they take the time to clean them unlike other places I've been looking so that was important in choosing my new car. There was no high pressure or pushy sale just decent good old fashioned service with a smile. Refreshing. I would highly recommend Frankston Hyundai if you are looking for a new or second hand car. Look for Craig you won't be disappointed!!!

  Jill , our sale’s consultant, went above and beyond in making this deal work ! Smooth , easy process that was actually enjoyable! The trade in price was honest and no stuffing around, which established trust from the start, much appreciated! All done by phone within an hour’s time ! Amazing Jill, you’ve changed our view on what was once a stressful & time consuming experience to buy a car to an enjoyable one! You’re lovely nature doesn’t go unnoticed either ☺️ Thanks!

  Had a great experience at this Hyundai. My engine had troubles as I was traveling down to the Peninsula for work. My car barely made it to the service center. The team were able to see me that day and fixed my car within the day! I was extremely grateful for their help and speedy service. Nicole in the office has fantastic customer service and put me at ease when I was feeling very stressed. I wish I lived closer to come to this Hyundai branch to have my car service here!

  Great service by very humble RAFFY&PETER MAZ and BIG BOSS within one day Melbourne's first hyundai palisade MY23 was in our garage that was the quickest car buying experience in my life.
