  Purchased a new mattress this week, Shandelle was extremely helpful and walked us through the range with-out any pressure. Certainly knew her product and Shanelle is a real credit to that business. Thanks again.

  A great range but poor customer service. Staff care more about selling then helping customers who have already brought. Always too busy to take or return calls.

  Initially had fantastic customer service.
  Purchased a bedframe, king mattress and pillows on boxing day. Was not told of any extended delivery times, obviously over the Christmas period we accepted there would be some wait. Delivery date for the bed continued to be pushed out ( Apparently wholesale / Warehouse was closed for business it the first week of Jan). It is now Feb and we still do not have a confirmed delivery date.
  Yes we have had a week lock down, I still feel initially we should have been told openly about the delays. We have had to cancel getting new carpets laid etc. Next time I will only purchase from a business, only if delivery date was confirmed at purchase

  Fantastic service! They went above and beyond for us. Went to many bed shops that day and not many made an effort to help us find the best product for us. Service was very helpful and super friendly!
