  late afternoon outdoors a perfect time to enjoy tasting plates of cheeses matched with wines - I let them select the cheeses, but the selection is enormous, make sure you see the cheeseroom

  Most amazing selection of cheeses around. Can also find these guys at some of the farmers markets around town: Entertainment Quarter, Pyrmont, North Sydney.
