I got a screen protector put on 10 days ago, the lady serving me had such long fake nails she couldn't put it on so gave it to someone else half way through (possibly after scratching it?). When I got home I could hardly type because it was so thick and then withing 2 days it had cracks appearing. I emailed the manager and he said to bring it in. I took it back and explained the issue, by this stage it had 5 cracks although I had not dropped or bumped it. The manager Luke was uninterested, rude and not interested in a refund or replacement so I had to pay more for a new, more expensive one. The employee was nice but I won't ever go back due to the rude manager. Very poor customer service

Don’t bother. Just shop online. You’ll get a much better experience, you’ll get more options, you’ll have better service and a better returns policy.

Staff have at BJ store always been fantastic, friendly, and polite especially when I once came in pretty uptight because thought I’d wipe all my photos off. Just recently had Luke suggest a great car dashboard phone holder for me, and kindly helped set it up in my car too ,when I felt I had not done it correctly.
Highly recommended !!

I would never return to this shop ever again. They wanted to charge me an exorbitant price to fix an iPad screen cover. Over twice the amount of other shops. They come up with prices in their heads on the spot, and keep increasing costs. I spent money fixing an iPad from them, then 6 weeks later broken again. They are way too expensive and it’s a real shame that people go to them, because people are desperate to get their phones fixed. People shop around, go to Fone Fix in Bondi Junction, who won’t charge you the earth and you will get honest advice. Beyond disappointed with Fone King, who just rip honest people off. Never again.
