  Very impressed with Grace who came out to my home to find why my pool is loosing allot of water. She was very professional and identified 2 spots which Flowtec will now come back and fix. I would highly recommend Grace to all my friends and family.

  I am very satisfied with the Flowtec Leak Detection Services. Steve provides an excellent customer service and Grace, a technician, is not only a top professional but also a most approachable person, a delight for any client to work with.
  She tested my old fibreglass pool twice, once for plumbing pressure test and secondly for fixing the skimmer box structure. On both occasions she did an excellent job.
  I couldn’t’ be happier with the results.

  Prior to approaching Flowtec Leak Detection, I spent over twelve months attempting to locate and fix a persistent pool leak in my pool, all to no avail and considerable cost. Eventually through a trusted recommendation, I gave Flowtec a call.
  
  Beginning with Steve, who very patiently listened to the whole history of my meagre attempts at resolving the issue myself whilst providing an insight into the possible causes based on his considerable experience, I became convinced that the resolution of my pool leak problem was best left to experts such as “Flowtec”.
  
  Steve, was my first point of contact with the company, providing an open and cooperative attitude and invaluable guidance through the whole process.
  
  Grace, first cab-off-the rank, who conducted a thorough structural test of the pool, freely providing clear answers to my questions, without making me feel as if was being a nuisance and interrupting her work, giving me an understanding of the necessity of the work.
  
  Next was Alex, who followed after Grace was able to assure me that structurally the pool was sound. Alex conducted a pressure test of all the pool’s plumbing in order to determine the exact location of the leak(s), which he did successfully and as such was able to predetermine the work requirements for uncovering and fixing the leak.
  
  Finally, Kane came to perform the actual repairs (digging, concrete cutting and plumbing repairs) and conduct further pressure testing to ensure a one hundred percent success in stopping the leak and again, he happily explained each stage of the work he was conducting.
  
  Apart from the fact that my decision to go with “Flowtec” proved to be correct and finally having my pool problem resolved, the most significant part of this whole process to me, was that, much to my delight; I found the whole organization and the staff whom I dealt with directly, to be thoroughly professional and cooperative individuals. No question was too hard for them to answer and they never made me feel as if I was overstepping my bounds by requesting an explanation for each part of the process.
  
  Thank you so much! Steve, Grace, Alex and Kane and Flowtec as a whole, your overall professional conduct and performance is indeed exemplary.

  This week we had Flowtec visit and resolve a leak in our pool. The technician who came out - Alex - was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough in his investigations and solution. So refreshing to have amazing customer service. I recommend Flowtec highly! thank you! thank you!
