  Live local, so it's handy. I just called to ask if they have any stock of Sage and I was hung up on. Accidents happen I know. So I called back and they put me on hold again I was hung up on after a couple of minutes. Third time lucky and yep you guessed it I could hear them talking but they hung up on me. Sort yourselves out for Christs sake. I'm going to Tims.

  Service from staff were average but the disappointment was the store manager. She never looked happy, when I told her I want to return the avocado tree I just bought 2 minutes ago because I realized it was grown from seed she gave me a massive attitude. Would be the last time I shop here, rather go to Tim's garden center they hardly have any sales on but service is always awesome.

  Customer service is average at best. Attempted to use a Flower Power card that had been given as a gift. Staff member entered pin incorrectly and locked the card. Human error, no problem. The problem was getting it replaced. After another 3 trips to the store and twice as many phone calls eventually we have it sorted. The staffs attitude throughout the whole process was well below average. Really dissapointed by the whole experience.

  Always a pleasure laced with anticipated excitement to drive in through the gates at Mt Annan. Love the help given as well by the qualified staff not too mention the discounts that will always be found

  One of my favourite places to visit.I never leave disappointed, whether it's a plant, pot or a gift for someone I can always find something reasonably priced but good quality. I had the best crop of Lebanese cucumbers from the punnets I bought this year, amazing!!!!
