I literally don't want to give any shop 1/5 rating, but today I have to because this shop has posted misleading contents on its website and DOES NOT feel sorry at all for it!
I bought a flower as a gift to my wife a few days ago. On the shop's website it looks like the beautiful flowers in the first photo, however, when we actually received it, it was completely a different product as second photo attached.
I contacted the shop immediately as I was very disappointed and two days later, they replied that "they had some technical difficulties with their website lately where the displayed bouquet was the EXTRA LARGE one". Plus, there is no "sorry" at all in the reply.
Okay, I understand the situation, but did you clearly state that on your website? If not, it is NOT supposed to be your customer's fault, correct? on your website there is NOTHING saying "different size", and until I bought it, I found what I've got was completely different with what was shown on the website. What about other customers who make a purchase after viewing your website, are you supposed to make it clear and stop posting misleading information?
Anyway, as a customer, I won't trust this shop anymore, I paid $95 + $19.95 shipping for it, and the flower I've got looks like much cheaper than it is supposed to be.response / report this review -

Fig & Bloom have a beautiful assortment of arrangements to choose from for every occasion. The ordering process was easy to navigate on their website and the communication was great! I accidentally left out important info on the delivery address and they were quick to act and made sure my flowers were sent out on time. The flowers were fresh, lush and beautiful. Highly recommended florists with great service. Well done Fig & Bloom team.

Review update!
Seven weeks on and Fig & Bloom have still have not responded to my multiple requests to reach out and provide context for sending a bunch of flowers that represented both poor quality of blooms and poor value for money. It is disappointing to note that Fig & Bloom appear to only respond to positive feedback and completely ignore other feedback.
Given the amount of traffic these google reviews receive, I would have thought responding to those who have not had a positive experience would be warranted but hey, Fig & Bloom, you do you. 💐response / report this review -

I loved the fact that they emailed a photo of the plant before it left the shop, great little extra! Plant looked amazing and the recipient loved it. Great same day delivery service - this was the perfect solution for me wanting to send something special to a loved one in Melbourne.

Lovely flowers, good tracking of delivery to the recipient and Fig and Bloom sent me the attached picture of the flowers prior to them leaving their shop. The only thing I am slightly disappointed with is that you can select how much you want to pay for the flowers - they recommend a minimum of $125 plus $19.95 to get the flowers delivered. I would have thought for that price you'd get a huge bunch of gorgeous flowers.
