I thoroughly recommend Florsheim shoes - exceptional quality and comfort - immediately wearable. On two occasions I purchased shoes over the past month, I was assisted by Daniella who provided excellent customer service. She was friendly and attentive to what I was looking for in a shoe. She achieved this while also managing other customers at the same time. I purchased the shoes on a Saturday and a Tuesday, on both occasions just after opening time.

Appalling service. Waited 15 minutes to buy polish, shoelaces and replacement inserts. At counter all that time, eventually walked out.
