  Been in few times under new management. Use to be my go to place but not any more. Quality of food has drop substantially. Service is non existent and wait time are just as bad even with pre order via phone. Sad honestly, was one of the few good fish and chip that was affordable in ispwich.

  Fish was not fresh, don't have an option for battered fish. Chips were OK. Pineapple fritters batter was raw inside and soggy outside. Over-priced for a very average feed Will not be back

  First time back since new management. Ordered fish and chips and a hamburger over phone. Paid and waited for a few minutes. Gave me box with fish and chips. I asked about the hamburger. It had just been put on to cook. At home the fish was dry, even the cat walked away. The chips looked like they had been cooked in old oil, not crispy. The hamburger roll had been frozen and thawed, as it fell apart when being bitten into. Finished up eating it with knife and fork on a plate.
  Will not go back for at least 4 months to give them another try.

  This used to be a good takeaway place. However I recommend you find somewhere else to buy your lunch, especially if you would like to have a lunch break. I rang ahead and ordered my meal, however staff didn't start cooking it until I had paid in store. I had to wait 15 minutes, when I am usually in and out with two minutes. Today I received half the chips and they were cold. My burger was not what
  I had ordered. They have lost a customer today.

  Recently moved here to the area and I have been calling and ordering a plain hamburger. Every time it has been a older lady and Asian man and they have made me awesome burgers every time 💯 however I stopped in there a few days ago and was served by some younger girl, I thought she had terrible breath and didn’t say anything at the counter, it wasn’t till I got in the car I realised it was the burger she had made for me, it was a foul smell. There was no way I was eating that burger even my dog didn’t want it!!! Safe to say I’ll never return to this store again after this…
